Kaitlin Money

Associate Director

Kaitlin Money is the founder and director of the Braden River Cadets colorguard and the Braden River Adaptive Colorguard. The Braden River Cadets were 2023 FFCC Cadet Novice Champions. She is also the visual director of the Braden River High School Marching Band of Pirates. She along with her husband have been working there for the past 8 years and in that time, they have consistently been an FMBC 3A finalist and have won 3 state championships as well as 1 visual title. She also serves as the designer for the Manatee High School colorguard.  


Kaitlin is currently a special needs teacher at Braden River High School in Bradenton, Florida. She teaches 9th Grade and special needs performing arts. She has been teaching in Manatee County for the past 10 years.


Kaitlin is originally from Titusville Florida and was taught under Ian Schwindt. She graduated from the University of Central Florida and was a member of the UCF Marching Knights for 5 years and the Jammin’ Knights for 4 years. Her drum corps experience includes Tampa Bay Thunder where she marched mellophone for 2 years and served on the administrative team for Boston Crusaders in 2013.


Kaitlin currently serves on the Florida Federation of Colorguards Circuit advisory Board.
