K. Strok-Feeley
Media Administrator
Strok has served on Horizon's staff since 2024 in multiple areas, including visual and administration. Strok currently serves as media administrator, capturing Horizon Wind's moments on and off the floor throughout the season.
Strok received a degree in music education and jazz studies from Kent State University in 2017, and is an active local musician in the Wesley Chapel Wind Ensemble Community Band as both a musician and guest conductor. Strok teaches woodwinds and visual at the Sunlake High School in Land O' Lakes, FL. Strok currently resides in the Tampa area with her small family, and owns a small business: strok.png.

Mike Requena
Visual Caption Head
Mike Requena is a returning Horizon Winds instructor with over 15 years of experience as a musician, visual performer, and educator. He is an alumni of Carolina Crown (2013-2014) and has taught visual performance at seven different marching programs, including the 2026 season with Sunlake High School in Land O’ Lakes Florida.
Mike is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Geology. He was a member of the Florida International University Marching Band from 2011-2012 and the University of South Florida Tuba and Euphonium Ensemble in 2013. His primary instruments are euphonium, trombone, and tuba. Mike currently works as a full time Geologist in Tampa and plays with local musicians in various bands around the Bay Area.
